Store Policy
ORDERS & BOOKING
-All orders must be placed at least 24-72 hours in advance, depending on design and order size.
-Orders must have all required information. If the information is not included, the order will not be completed until the information is provided.
-If your order due date is more than 45 days or more, you can pay a 50% deposit, then the remaining balance will be due 14 days before the order due date. CAKE TOPPERS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED, UNLESS IT IS A WHOLESALE ORDER.
-Orders are only confirmed once FULL payment is received. Orders made via "Cake Topper Order Form" will be sent an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the order will be confirmed. Invoices are to be paid within 24 hours or they will be cancelled. Orders do not start until payment is received in full.
-Rush orders(less than 24 hours) may incur an additional fee and also subject to availability. Any orders that are due 24 hours are less must be placed and paid by 8 PM(no exceptions).
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
-NO REFUNDS due to cancellation, but I will honor a credit towards the next order.
-Life happens, I get it!!! So depending on circumstances(death, illness), I will allow a full refund.
-If you are not satisfied with the order, please notify me within 4-8 hours once the order is received. I will honor a one time refund, once the item is returned.
-DATE CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND APPROVAL!!!
DESIGNS & CUSTOMIZATION
-All designs and cake toppers are created and handcrafted with love. While I do not mind inspiration photos, I WILL NOT DO AN EXACT REPLICA UNLESS IT IS SOMETHING I CREATED PREVIOUSLY!!!
-Please fill out the order form and the customization boxes with all detail information, such as colors, ages, any names or phrases, etc, to ensure we achieve the desired outcome.
-If you would like a preview, please let me know and I will send.
PICKUP & SHIPPING
-PICKUP TIMES MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO!!! At times, I will have to adjust, but I will annouce those times.

Mon-Friday 2pm-7pm
Saturday 9am-12pm
-Please wait for an email/text confirming your order is ready for pickup. Once arrived, please notify that you are outside and the order will be brought out to you. Please confirm the order before you leave.
-When an order is being shipped, please provide a good shipping address. Once the order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information. ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, UP CLOSE & PERSONAL CREATIONZ IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. BUT IF THEIR ARE ANY ISSUES, PLEASE REACH OUT AND LETS SEE WHAT WE CAN DO.
